It has facilities for post-harvest processing, including cleaning, drying, calibration, and storage. The company is an official distributor of leading global seed and agrochemical manufacturers and provides logistics services, agronomic support, and trade credit.
Subject of Procurement:
The subject of procurement is the equipment listed in the file: “Zakhid AgroBusiness LLC – Equipment List” (Annex to this tender announcement).

The list provided is indicative and intended to inform potential suppliers about the needs of the purchaser. If a particular item is unavailable on the market or from a specific supplier, the listed equipment may be substituted with an equivalent possessing equal or better technical specifications.
In such cases, the supplier must include a justification letter (on the company’s letterhead, signed and dated with an outgoing number) comparing the specifications of the proposed equipment and demonstrating its advantages. This may include references to expert sources, manufacturer materials, or product documentation.
Delivery Terms:

At the time of delivery, the equipment must be owned by the supplier and free from any third-party claims or encumbrances.

Delivery is made to the address specified by the purchaser to an authorized representative.

Ownership transfers upon signing the delivery note.

Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia.

Eligible Participants:
Suppliers operating within Ukraine, regardless of legal form or ownership type, with the appropriate NACE (KVED) code, are invited to participate.
Required Documents:

Copy of the business registration document (extract from the state register) and confirmation of tax status (VAT/single tax certificate);

Tender proposal;

Sample supply contract (if available) and/or original invoice with equipment list matching this tender announcement;

Justification letter for any proposed substitutions (if applicable).
Selection Criteria:

Compliance of proposed equipment with required technical specifications;

Competitive pricing, payment, and delivery terms;

Accuracy and completeness of submitted documentation.

Results & Communication:
The winner will be selected based on a financial and technical evaluation of submitted proposals, in accordance with the criteria listed above, no later than July 20, 2025.
Participants will be notified of the results via email within three working days from the decision date.
