Subject of Procurement:

The subject of procurement is the equipment listed in the file: “Zakhid AgroBusiness LLC – Equipment List” (Annex to this tender announcement).

The list provided is indicative and intended to inform potential suppliers about the needs of the purchaser. If a particular item is unavailable on the market or from a specific supplier, the listed equipment may be substituted with an equivalent possessing equal or better technical specifications.

In such cases, the supplier must include a justification letter (on the company’s letterhead, signed and dated with an outgoing number) comparing the specifications of the proposed equipment and demonstrating its advantages. This may include references to expert sources, manufacturer materials, or product documentation.

Delivery Terms:

  • At the time of delivery, the equipment must be owned by the supplier and free from any third-party claims or encumbrances.

  • Delivery is made to the address specified by the purchaser to an authorized representative.

  • Ownership transfers upon signing the delivery note.

  • Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia.

Delivery Deadlines:

  • Combine harvester – by August 10, 2025

  • Corn header – by August 20, 2025

  • Mobile seed cleaning and processing unit – by November 20, 2025

Eligible Participants:

Suppliers operating within Ukraine, regardless of legal form or ownership type, with the appropriate NACE (KVED) code, are invited to participate.

Required Documents:

  1. Copy of the business registration document (extract from the state register) and confirmation of tax status (VAT/single tax certificate);

  2. Tender proposal;

  3. Sample supply contract (if available) and/or original invoice with equipment list matching this tender announcement;

  4. Justification letter for any proposed substitutions (if applicable).

Selection Criteria:

  1. Compliance of proposed equipment with required technical specifications;

  2. Competitive pricing, payment, and delivery terms;

  3. Accuracy and completeness of submitted documentation.

📌 The winning bid will be the one with the lowest price among those fully meeting technical requirements without significant deviations.

Tender Procedure:

  • Only proposals that fully comply with the tender terms will be considered.

📩 Proposals must:

  • Remain valid for at least 30 days from the date of submission;

  • Be submitted in Ukrainian, signed by an authorized representative, stamped (if available), and scanned in PDF format;

  • Be sent to tender@zahidagro.biz by July 17, 2025 (inclusive), with the subject line: “Open Tender: Equipment Procurement”

⚠️ Late proposals will not be reviewed.

Results & Communication:

The winner will be selected based on a financial and technical evaluation of submitted proposals, in accordance with the criteria listed above, no later than July 20, 2025.

Participants will be notified of the results via email within three working days from the decision date.
